Structured purchasing process, guaranteed satisfaction

At SOPRODA Poultry Feed, we’ve simplified our purchasing process to give you a smooth, seamless experience. Each step is clearly defined and communicated in advance, ensuring that there are no surprises. From selecting products to receiving your orders, our teams guide you every step of the way, ensuring that your needs are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Thanks to our simple and efficient purchasing process, you can concentrate on what really matters: the well-being and performance of your animals.

The first step in our ordering process is for you to find out about our products and express your requirements. During this initial phase, we encourage you to get in touch with our team either via the Request a Quote form (accessible from this page by clicking on the Request a Quote button). Following this initial contact, we can arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements in more detail. This meeting can take place in our offices, via videoconference, or locally during our regular trips to Africa or the French overseas departments and territories. At this time, we will discuss product specifications, quantities required and any other information needed to ensure that our solutions meet your expectations perfectly.

In accordance with your request, we will prepare a detailed quotation for you. This quotation is then sent to you by e-mail and includes all the essential information: product prices, quantities required, estimated delivery times, payment terms, etc. This stage is designed to provide total transparency and give you a clear view of the offer, making it easier for you to make your decision. We are always available to answer any questions or make any necessary adjustments to ensure that the quote perfectly matches your needs.

Once the quotation has been approved, you place your order by following the instructions given in the quotation. We will then confirm the order by e-mail, including a detailed summary of your order and an estimated delivery time. We promise to keep you informed of any changes to the lead time and loading date, ensuring transparent communication and rigorous monitoring throughout the process.

Your food is manufactured according to the specifications of your order, then carefully bagged to guarantee its quality and freshness. The bags are then loaded into a container, which is transported to the port. One container holds 402 50 kg bags or 804 25 kg bags, or around 20.1 tonnes of food. There, the container is loaded onto the ship en route to its final destination, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Before your order arrives, we prepare and send you the necessary transport documents. These include the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates of analysis and other required documents. These documents are essential to facilitate customs clearance and ensure smooth receipt of your goods. When your order arrives, you receive the goods and we remain at your disposal for any questions you may have about the delivery, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
